Vasota Fort is situated at an altitude of 1171 meters near Bamnoli village in Satara district.Surrounded by dense forests and valleys of Konya Wildlife Sanctuary,Vasota Fort Trek is very interesting which passes through steep hills and is also popular as a famous trekking spot in Maharashtra.The trek can be completed within 1 day where you will see the Sivasagar Lake on all three sides of the fort.From the fort reach the Nageshwar cave which will require 2 hours of trekking.Rock climbing from the top of the fort, mountaineering and the breathtaking view of the mountain range of Kas Mahabaleshwar are the major attractions to complete this trek.

KALSUBAI PEAK TREK:-
Located at a distance of 180 km from Pune,Kalsubai Peak trek can be done between June to September.The peak of Kalsubai is situated at a height of 1646 meters and comes in the highest peak of Maharashtra. The top view from the peak is spectacular, offering a splendid view of the nearby forts and the Bhandardara Dam.The trekking can be completed in less than 2 days time.This will be the best trekking you have done as walking among the clouds and a cool breeze will be the best experience for you.
